Ali is devoted to weaving new possibilities for communities and teams online & in person. She specializes in delight, bringing an unwavering spirit as a facilitator, experience designer, community builder, and steward of intergenerational spaces for changemaking. Between her two homes of Kosovo and the Hudson Valley, Ali seeks to expand how community-driven research and approaches can generate the impact, power shifts, and deep presence our world most needs.

Annie is a product design student eager to transition into the world of design research. She thrives on uncovering the "why" behind various approaches and brings a genuine passion for understanding the nuances of design. Outside of school, Annie finds inspiration by the water—surfing, swimming, and freediving. This aquatic escape not only helps her recharge but also serves as a wellspring of innovative ideas.

Ashley Rott-Nettleton is a dedicated and passionate research recruiter with five years of experience managing and recruiting numerous projects. With a strategic mindset, she excels in problem-solving and innovative thinking, bringing precision to every project and striving for excellence in every task. Her keen eye for detail and commitment to operational excellence ensure the highest standards are met, effectively connecting research needs with participant experiences.

DaLiza is a dynamic entrepreneur from the charming beach town of Onset, blending her passion for business with a commitment to service, quality, and philanthropy. With a B.S. in Professional Chemistry and experience in research and strategy, she turned a college side hustle into a global consulting and project management agency, empowering clients across industries to realize their vision. Outside of work, DaLiza cherishes time with her family, gardening, traveling, cooking, kayaking, and learning new things.

Kendria brings over 13 years of administrative and business expertise, with a strong focus on executive operations, project management, and strategic support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master’s in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. With a career rooted in high-level executive assistance, Kendria has spent over four years directly supporting a CEO in the tech industry, where she honed her skills in board communications, systems optimization, and team coordination. She’s also passionate about integrating AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation in her work. Originally from Orange County, California, she enjoys traveling, reading, singing, and spending time with her family—and her miniature poodle, Expresso.

Linda brings over a decade of expertise in project management and research to our team. She has managed cross-functional teams and delivered actionable insights through rigorous data collection, analysis, and client collaboration. Linda has led projects at organizations including NORC at the University of Chicago and Ipsos. Her work spans diverse sectors such as higher education, financial services, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and public affairs.

Originally from England and raised in Mexico, Premma now lives in Ann Arbor, where she is completing her final year at the University of Michigan. Majoring in Economics and Psychology with a minor in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences, she brings a diverse academic perspective to her role. Premma loves connecting with people, exploring creative outlets, and constantly seeks new learning opportunities.

Rebecca is a seasoned market research professional with over eight years of experience across diverse sectors. With a background in social work, she brings empathy, deep listening skills, and an insightful perspective to every project. Her expertise spans end-to-end research in the public sector, higher education, product testing, consumables, UX/UI, and brand positioning. Rebecca is motivated by a desire to develop impactful solutions that solve complex challenges and create lasting impact.

Renita is a seasoned consumer insights expert with over 15 years of experience spanning Pharma, Fashion, Finance, Health & Wellness, and Food & Beverage. She is passionate about empowering professionals through insights, strategy, and entrepreneurship, and she has led workshops across the U.S., Argentina, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. When Renita's not busy amplifying and uplifting the voices of others, she enjoys globetrotting and connecting with friends.

Marilyn Smith is an experienced Operations Manager with over 30 years in management, known for her exceptional people skills and ability to support high-performing business teams. With a career rooted in building strong relationships and driving operational success, Marilyn brings both an efficient work style and a warm, collaborative leadership style to every role she takes on. In addition to her professional expertise, Marilyn is a certified Health Coach, passionate about promoting well-being in and outside the workplace. When she’s not optimizing operations, she loves spending quality time with her grandson.
